Signing in shows you your past orders in one place. You never need an account to buy something. Two ways in are offered and they lead to exactly the same place — a password if you sign in often, an emailed link if you buy twice a year and would rather not remember one.

The usual way: your email address and the password you chose when you registered. If you have never set a password — because you have only ever used emailed links — this will not let you in. Use the link on the right instead, or set a password through ’Forgotten your password?’.

We email you a link. Clicking it signs you in — there is no password to remember. The link works once and stops working after fifteen minutes, so ask for a fresh one rather than reusing an old email. Asking for a link never says whether an account exists, so nobody can use this page to find out who has one.
